"I've been in tech for years, but never had the chance to get into Product, let alone in the Big 5. Thanks to your course (and our amazing instructor of course), I was able to not only finally experience the role firsthand, but also understand the details of what it takes to play at those levels. The career mentorship aspect was gold in terms of nailing those little nuances in the interviewing process. I'm now a proud (and very happy) Googler! Thank you."

Your Product Career Roadmap

Becoming a Product Manager in the AI Era

The PM role has changed more in the past three years than in the previous fifteen. Learn about the technical evolution from classical machine learning through generative AI to autonomous agents, and the concrete ways each shift reshaped what companies build and how PMs lead.

1
AI-Accelerated User Discovery: Conversations to Insight

With AI tools available as an accelerator, the hardest part of being a PM is not building. It is knowing what is worth building. This module teaches you both: the manual rigor and the AI leverage.

2
Strategy, Roadmaps and Planning in a Fast-Evolving World

When the cost of building drops, the cost of building the wrong thing rises. This module teaches you how to set product direction and translate it into a plan that holds up.

3
Execution in the Age of Speed

Speed is no longer the constraint. Direction is. This module teaches the modern PM's most underrated skill: keeping a fast-moving build aligned with what users actually need.

4
AI-Native UX: Designing for Intent

Users now expect to type or speak in natural language, not just click buttons. This module teaches you how to design AI-native experiences and how to partner with UX designers so you contribute rather than work around them.

5
Build It Yourself: AI-Assisted Prototyping for PMs

For the first time, a non-engineer PM can take a validated idea and turn it into a working product the same week. This module shows you how.

6
Managing AI-Native Products

AI products are probabilistic, they drift, and they fail in ways standard analytics cannot see. This module teaches you how to keep the product healthy, trusted, and relevant over time.

7
Data, Metrics and Product Analytics

Every product decision is only as good as the data behind it. This module teaches you how to measure what actually matters and develop the analytical instincts that separate PMs who guess from PMs who know.

8
Growth and Personalization

AI made it possible to build products that adapt to each user individually. Master designing growth systems that scale and personalization that earns trust.

9
Defensibility: Building Products That Last

Building with AI has never been easier or cheaper. This module teaches you what makes products hard to leave, hard to copy, and hard to displace even when the underlying AI is available to everyone.

10
Launching: From Day One to the First 90 Days

Building a product is half the work. Getting it into users' hands and keeping it there is the other half. This module teaches you how to launch in a way that builds trust immediately and turns the first 90 days into momentum.

11
How to Ace Interviews in the New Age of Product Management

Getting the job is a skill in itself. Prepare for every stage of the modern AI Product Manager interview process, calibrated to what companies are actually looking for right now.

12
Staying Relevant and Future-Proofing Your Career

The PM role keeps moving. You’ll learn how to stay ahead of a job description that never stops changing and build the habits that keep you relevant when the tools and techniques around you shift every quarter.
